About DebXYZ
DebXYZ is a program for creating Debian Packages more easily. If you don't know what they are, this would probably be of no use to you. The goal is that the program could easily create a Debian package without any knowledge of the Debian packaging system. But, it should also be able to add any feature, even if manual coding is required. It should automate the "Debianization" and organise all the features Debian packages offer. All major features should have a fully featured GUI, but other features will require coding. It should have no errors in Lintian. That's the idea at least.
Developers Needed
At the present time, this project has one developer. Please help! You will need a Linux operating system that supports the Debian packaging system, a Launchpad account, and preferably a Sourceforge account. To help, join the DebXYZ Team on Launchpad, and/or contact me at ian@perebruin.com. Contributions of any kind (help documentation, code, a new logo, etc.) would be appreciated.
